Many addresses, one order
A corporate gift has one job: to be remembered by the person who opened it. Most of them are not. Durian is remembered, because almost nobody sends it and because the person receiving it has to make a decision about it rather than put it on a shelf.
That same quality is why durian gifting goes wrong when it is handled like any other hamper. It is perishable, it is seasonal, it is loud in a shared office, and not everyone wants it. This page covers what we can do, what to send to whom, and the questions worth settling before you place the order.
What we handle
- Bulk orders from 10 boxes, with volume pricing
- Branded packaging, your company logo on the gift box
- Mixed variety boxes, so one order can cover different tastes
- Split delivery to several addresses on a single order
- Scheduled deliveries for recurring gifts to key clients
- A card with your message included with each box
Our standard corporate box is the Royal Gift Box at SGD 188: 2kg of dehusked Musang King and Black Thorn, freshness-sealed and presented in a signature box. See it on the products page. For choosing between varieties by recipient, and the ordering dates around each festival, see the durian gift guide.
Choosing what to send
Variety matters more than quantity in a gift. Sending 2kg of the right durian lands better than 4kg of something the recipient tolerates.
Safe and impressive
Musang King is the name everyone knows and the one that reads as expensive. If you know nothing about the recipient except that they like durian, send this.
For the serious one
Black Thorn is rarer and reads as a deliberate choice. Good when the recipient knows durian well enough to notice you did not just pick the obvious one.
For a first-timer
D24 is creamy and far less confronting than Musang King. Sending a mild variety to someone new to durian is the difference between a good story and a wasted gift.
Mixed recipient list
A mixed box covers a group whose tastes you do not know. The variety register sets out what each clone actually tastes like if you want to pick yourself.
Timing, which is the part that catches people out
Durian is not warehouse stock. Supply follows the harvest, and the varieties available in any given week depend on what is actually coming out of the orchards. Two things follow from that.
Standard boxes can move fast. When we have stock, an order placed before 2pm is delivered the same evening. For a last-minute thank-you, that is usually enough.
Anything customised cannot. Branded packaging, a fixed delivery date, a large volume or a split across many addresses all need to be confirmed before you commit to the date, and it is the printing and the volume that set the deadline rather than the fruit. Send us the date first and we will tell you what is realistic for it. We would rather turn down a date than miss one.
Gifting windows worth planning around
- Durian season peak, roughly June to August. Best quality and widest choice, and also the busiest window.
- Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on Friday 25 September in 2026. Durian mooncakes are a separate product with their own lead times. See the durian mooncake guide.
- Corporate year-end, November and December. Outside the main season, so plan on a narrower choice of varieties.
- Chinese New Year. Off-season for Malaysian durian, so confirm availability early rather than assuming.
Sending durian to an office
This is the one that goes wrong. Durian carries through a shared floor, and plenty of buildings restrict it. Before you send fruit to a workplace, check with the recipient's office manager. It takes one message and it avoids a gift that annoys forty people to please one.
- Dehusked flesh travels better than whole fruit. Freshness-sealed containers hold the aroma in far better than a husk does, and the recipient does not need a knife, a table and twenty minutes.
- A home address avoids the problem entirely. For senior recipients this is usually the better call anyway.
- Tell reception it is coming. A perishable gift sitting at a front desk until 6pm is a wasted gift.
- Check dietary and personal preferences. Not everyone likes durian, and a gift that says "I did not ask" is worse than no gift.
What to send us for a fast quote
Most corporate enquiries take three rounds of messages before anyone can quote. Send these six things in the first message and we can usually come back with a price and a confirmed date straight away.
- How many boxes, and roughly what you want to spend per box
- The delivery date, or the event it has to land before
- How many addresses, and whether they are offices or homes
- Branding, whether you need your logo on the box, and your artwork if so
- Recipients, whether they are durian regulars or first-timers
- Anything to avoid, dietary restrictions or offices that ban durian

Corporate Gifting Questions
How far in advance should a corporate durian order be placed?
Standard gift boxes can often go out on short notice when we have stock, and same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 2pm. Anything with a fixed delivery date, branded packaging, a large volume or multiple delivery addresses should be confirmed with us before you commit to a date, because durian supply moves with the harvest and peak season stock sells through. Send us your date first and we will tell you what is realistic for it.
Can you print a company logo on the gift box?
Yes, branded packaging is available on custom orders. Logo printing adds production time on top of the fruit itself, so it is the part of the order that decides your deadline rather than the durian. Send us your artwork and your required delivery date when you enquire and we will confirm what can be produced in the time available.
Can one order be delivered to several different office addresses?
Yes. Split deliveries across multiple addresses are handled as one order. Give us the list of recipients, addresses and preferred delivery windows, and each drop is scheduled separately. Island-wide Singapore delivery runs from 12pm to 10pm daily, and we also deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor Bahru.
Is durian appropriate to send to an office?
It depends on the office. Durian carries in a shared space, and some buildings restrict it outright, so check with the recipient's office manager before sending fruit to a workplace. Sealed, dehusked flesh in freshness-sealed containers travels far better than whole fruit, and a home address avoids the problem completely. If you are unsure, a home delivery to the recipient is the safer choice.
What is the minimum order for corporate volume pricing?
Volume pricing starts from 10 boxes. Below that, standard gift box pricing applies and you can order directly from the shop. For anything larger, message us with the quantity and we will quote it.
